A commercial real estate development is only as good as the plan behind it, and Crossroads Point® has a great one! Our Phase 1 Planned Unit Development (PUD) consists of 125 lots situated on 252 acres. Lots range from .5 acre to 11 acres in size. Whatever your business need, we have a lot for you.
Our PUD is available as a PDF, with or without the status of individual lots. Downloads are available in tabloid (11" x 17") and letter (8 1/2" x 11") sizes. Many lots have already been sold and more are under negotiation. Act quickly to secure the property that interests you!
