Description
Valley Wide Cooperative's convenience store and gas station opened at Crossroads Point® in early 2017. The 11,000 square foot Valley Country Store provides travelers with fuel, food, and a friendly smile. “We think we’re going to have a very easy, in-and-out fueling center,” said Valley Wide Cooperative Chief Operating Officer Donn Bordewyk. The travel center and its 40 employees offer Phillips 66 gasoline. The c-store is open 24-7, with the restaurant open 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Valley Country Store also offers RV and truck fueling lanes.

Description
The U.S. Forest Service's Sawtooth National Forest headquarters opened at Crossroads Point® in 2018. The 19,000 square foot facility houses the Supervisor’s Office and a “Hotshot” firefighting unit. Over 20 employees, including fire management, recreation, and planning personnel relocated from their prior location on Kimberly Road in Twin Falls, ID. The Sawtooth National Forest is located in South and Central Idaho. It includes the Minidoka Ranger District, Fairfield Ranger District, Ketchum Ranger District and the Sawtooth National Recreation Area. It encompasses 2,071,499 acres and features 4 ski areas and 3 designated Wilderness Areas.

Intermountain Gas Company opened their Sawtooth District headquarters and maintenance facility at Crossroads Point® in 2015. Intermountain Gas Company provides natural gas distribution to approximately 350,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers in 75 communities in southern Idaho. Intermountain Gas Company's new location at Crossroads Point® provides them a centralized location to better serve customers throughout the region. Sawtooth District manager Jim Capps said, “When we dig up and repair third party damages, for gas lines and stuff like that, it’s just going to be easier to service people.” Intermountain Gas Company is a subsidiary of MDU Resources Group.

Allowing them to better service southern Idaho, Watkins Distributing's 11,000 square foot cross-docking distribution center at Crossroads Point® opened in 2016. Watkins Distributing is a family owned distributor of Anheuser-Busch products and a large selection from regional and national breweries. "Mitch Watkins, Owner and General Manager said, "The new facility will enhance our ability to reach our customers more easily and will improve our level of service to the market.” In business for nearly 30 years, Watkins Distributing has more than 120 employees in Idaho with additional distribution centers in Idaho Falls and Hayden.

Warner Truck Centers CEO Bart Warner called Crossroads Point®, “The perfect location to build a world-class facility to serve the medium and heavy truck industry." As a Daimler product distributor, they are committed to selling the best products available on the market today, with Freightliner the fastest growing and largest segment in highway heavy trucks (class 8). Their facility includes a 70-foot paint bay, 18 mechanical bays and another 15 body, trailer and tank repair bays. In addition to sales, parts, repair, and body shop services, Warner Truck Center offers driver amenities including a lounge with cable TV, showers, workout area and a quiet room.

Idaho Wind Partners 1 operates a 183 megawatts wind power project comprised of 11 wind farms located across southern Idaho. The project utilizes 122 General Electric 1.5-megawatt wind turbines. Power produced by Idaho Wind Partners 1 is sold to Idaho Power on a 20-year power purchase agreement. Crossroads Point's® location offers Idaho Wind Partners 1 immediate access to their wind farms across the region. Idaho Wind Partners 1, based in Hagerman Idaho, is a subsidiary of Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation.

They offer manual and CNC machining, emergency after hours work, fabrication, R&D, reverse engineering, welding, repair/rebuilding, and a variety of other machining services.
